Samantha Totten BBS, Consultant

Samantha Totten is an experienced property consultant and has been involved in the real estate investment industry for over 8 years.  With experience in both the institutional and property trust markets, she has extensive knowledge across the Office, Retail and Industrial Sectors.  Samantha’s skill set includes asset and portfolio modelling, software training, system implementation and financial analysis.

Prior to joining PropertyIT, Samantha held several key positions with Ernst & Young (Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and London), Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, and Land Securities PLC (London).

With an in depth knowledge of processes and systems associated with real estate ownership and funds management, Samantha has a strong understanding of the challenges involved in process improvement and system implementation.  She has successfully managed numerous property system projects for various companies and continues to deliver only the highest standard of service to our clients.

Samantha is a Senior Associate of the Financial Services Institute of Australia (FINSIA).
