PropertyIT was initially engaged by Galileo Funds Management Limited in June 2003 to provide in-depth financial modelling and analytics for the initial public offering and launch of the listed Galileo Shopping America Trust. 

Following the successful launch of the trust, Galileo Funds Management Limited ("Galileo") engaged PropertyIT to establish the information technology, platform and applications for the operation of both the listed trust and the management entities.

In addition to being Galileo's outsource service provider of IT and infrastructure, PropertyIT was recently retained to provide further modelling, financial analysis and IT project management services in the acquisition and migration of a US $1 billion portfolio.
