PropertyIT are engaged by Colonial First State Property ("CFSP") to assist in the management and on-going development of their asset and portfolio modelling systems.  Originally engaged to select and implement an asset forecasting and valuation system, PropertyIT has since delivered several significant projects, the following is a summary of just two of them.

To eliminate the need for the extensive rekeying of data, CFSP engaged PropertyIT to develop a comprehensive bi-directional system integration between SAP and DYNA.  Using web based technology, a DYNA model with full tenant and accounting histories can be initialised from SAP in just minutes.

Following the requirement to develop several custom reports using data residing in DYNA models, PropertyIT designed and developed a leading edge alternative to custom reporting from DYNA.  CFSP are today using this solution to satisfy their requirements under new IFRS accounting standards.

In recognising PropertyIT's expertise in their systems and the resultant cost efficencies, CFSP also outsource the Applications Management function for their Asset Management platform to PropertyIT.
